How do I get my money and/or check my balance?
Go to a CLYNK kiosk inside Hannaford, scan your CLYNK card and enter your PIN. You will be able to check your balance or print out a payment slip. You can also view your balance online at www.clynk.com.
What do I do if my payment slip does not print?

What kind of bags can I use?
Customer must use CLYNK bags. They are 100% recyclable bags, which means they won’t end up in a landfill. With each new account sign up the first sleeve of CLYNK bags is free.
Where/how do I get more bags?
Additional bags may be purchased in sleeves of 10 at a participating Hannaford. Large bags are $1.50 plus tax per sleeve and small bags are $1.25 plus tax per sleeve.
Where can I get bag tags?
CLYNK tags can be printed from a CLYNK kiosk using your CLYNK card. If you do not have your CLYNK card, please visit the Hannaford Customer Service desk.
Is there a limit on how many containers I can put in my bag?
There is a 20 pound weight limit (you can mix plastic, glass and aluminum). Please leave enough room to tie off the top with a good knot.
Please drop no more than 6 Smiling Hill Farm bottles per bag.
