How Do I Get My Change?
Withdraw from your account at a participating Hannaford CLYNK kiosk. Scan your CLYNK card, enter your PIN, and follow the prompts. A payment slip, which resembles a grocery receipt, is cashable at the Customer Service desk or hand it to the cashier at check out to use CLYNK funds to pay for your groceries. That’s our kind of receipt.

Are you worried that change isn’t building up in your account? Our Customer Service team is on it. Give them a ring anytime between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) at 1.866.883.4113 or email info@clynk.com. Please note that funds will be credited into your CLYNK account up to two business days after bag dropoff.
